BCBA Clinical Lead

Direct BCBA supervision. Support local clinical onboarding of behavior technicians, fieldwork students, and BCB - As. Train, mentor, and provide regular guidance to BCB - As in assigned region. Provide group supervision and mentorship to BACB fieldwork students. Support the RCD during regular collaboration events for BCB - As and fieldwork students to promote learning and cultural growth. Assist families and BCB - As towards successful adherence to effective treatment plans .0% travel required; travel to assigned locations for training and engagement activities monthly. Regularly meet with local operators to ensure all clinical needs are being met. Provide accurate weekly and monthly reporting of clinical progress. Maintain a caseload of clients based on the region's need. Physically keep up with clients as they move about the session area(s).
