A Little About the Role
We are seeking a Financial Systems Manager. This team member will be instrumental in overseeing and enhancing our NetSuite ERP system to drive Procare's operational success and expansion. Your role will involve configuring, tailoring, and maintaining NetSuite to align with our company's dynamic needs. This position demands a thorough grasp of NetSuite features, along with robust problem-solving abilities and strategic vision. You'll work together with Procare's Finance, Accounting, and Product teams to refine processes, bolster system functionalities, and uphold data accuracy. You will be responsible for transforming business requirements into technical solutions, managing the complete lifecycle from technical design to post-production operations management.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with the Finance and Accounting team to design and implement processes within NetSuite, particularly focusing on automating manual accounting tasks
- Serve as the primary NetSuite contact and senior administrator, overseeing the support ticket queue, communicating priority issues, and ensuring their timely resolution; managing on complex projects and maintain NetSuite, including documentation for new releases
- Engage with the Finance team, Product Team, and NetSuite developer to collect requirements, deploy and manage scripts
- Develop and oversee workflows for Finance and Accounting operations
- Ensure NetSuite's seamless integration with current company systems and applications (Salesforce, Boomi, etc.)
- Provide production support for NetSuite, including data conversions, system documentation, and end-user training
- As needed, add new fields and workflows to extend NetSuite's functionality
- Generate custom reports for management, finance, and accounting staff
- Implement necessary enhancements and upgrades to keep the system current and in line with industry standards
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
At least 5 years' of relevant experience, with the last 3 years' in a NetSuite administrator roleBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related fieldCertifications such as NetSuite Administrator, NetSuite ERP, and / or SuiteFoundation are beneficialPractical experience with NetSuite configurations, customizations, SuiteBilling, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalyticsFamiliarity with standard financial and accounting reportsProven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into technical solutionsCapability to work both independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience in the SAAS industry and subscription-based billingBackground in GAAP and SOX controls environmentsHands-on experience with Boomi integration solutions and workflows is valuableProficiency with SalesforceBlue HerringWhy Procare?

Location
We are currently in a hybrid in-office / remote working model based on business needs.
