Certified Nursing Assistant

• Key Responsibilities :
• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding to ensure their comfort and hygiene.
• Monitor vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure, and report any significant changes to the nursing staff.
• Support patients in mobility and exercise efforts to enhance their physical well-being.
• Provide emotional and social support to patients, creating a caring and supportive environment.
• Assist nursing staff with medical procedures and ensure that medical equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, observations, and services performed.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care and a clear understanding of patient needs.
• Adhere to all healthcare regulations, standards, and policies to ensure patient safety and confidentiality.
• Qualifications :
• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant from an accredited certifying body.
• Active CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team and independently when necessary.
• Compassionate and caring demeanor with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
• Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting, pulling, and standing for extended periods.
