Assemble mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and full machine systems from blueprints and mechanical drawings

Build and install custom machine tools, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems

Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, indicators) to verify tolerances down to .0001”

Work with both metric and standard hand tools to fit, align, and secure components

Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other builders to meet project specifications and timelines

Perform final machine runoffs, adjustments, and system checks as required

Support occasional overtime needs based on customer schedules
