RPI is growing, and we’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Sports Physical Therapist to join our team in Austin, TX.

At RPI, we work with athletes and active individuals who are passionate about their performance, recovery, and longevity. We’re not your typical clinic — our environment blends sports medicine, performance training, and human connection to deliver the best outcomes possible. We are looking for a recent PT graduate who is interested in pursuing a Sports Residency or Fellowship program.
