Job Title :  Recruiting Coordinator

Location :  Onsite in Tigard, OR

Job Type :  4-6 month contract with potential for permanent hire

Schedule :  Monday to Friday, Full-Time

Compensation :  $22 - $27 per hour DOE

About the Role

LHH Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our client's team onsite in Tigard, OR. This position offers the opportunity to support a dynamic talent acquisition team and play a key role in streamlining the hiring process, all while providing an excellent candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics and next steps
• Assist with onboarding activities and documentation
• Support recruiters with administrative tasks and reporting
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Pay Details : $22.00 to $27.00 per hour
