Senior Data Analyst

Project Overview

Client is running a cross-functional program focused on process improvement supported by technology and AI tools. This role serves as the primary analytics partner for business teams helping turn questions into insights and supporting decisions that lead to operational change. The position is hybrid in the Philadelphia region.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with program leaders product operations and engineering teams to define business problems and success metrics.
• Build maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and operational reports to guide decision-making.
• Analyze data using SQL and Excel to identify trends validate hypotheses and measure the impact of process and technology changes.
• Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Support pilots A / B tests and post-launch analysis including cohort definition and outcome measurement.
• Document data definitions sources and measurement processes to ensure consistent reporting.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to maintain data quality and prioritize data needs.
• Identify reporting risks and escalate issues with mitigation plans.
