Job Description

The Roofing Technician works directly for the Assistant Superintendent of Roofing (RSA). This position is responsible for the proper preventive care and effective repair as directed by the RSA. The roofing technician is a highly visible position that may require daily interaction with residents and employees and requires the utmost awareness of how actions and communications are received and perceived.

Responsibilities
