About the Role :

We're seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you'll provide high-quality patient care, support medical teams, and help ensure positive health outcomes. You'll be a key part of a supportive, patient-focused environment that values collaboration and professional growth.

Responsibilities :

• Provide direct patient care according to established policies and procedures
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and record patients' health status, vital signs, and progress
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, care plans, and medications
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation
• Uphold infection control and safety standards
