Overview Compensation : $60, - $90, based on experience and credentials Location Type : Hybrid, a flexible work model blending in-office and remote working Position Type : Full Time The Administrator oversees technology functions for the Member Solutions Division, including software installation, maintenance, testing, reporting, process improvements, project and vendor management, and quality assurance support. They ensure the functionality of collection-specific software, implement updates and releases, and lead system changes. Additionally, they produce required reporting, coordinate projects, manage vendor relationships, support quality assurance efforts, maintain intranet content, and suggest website enhancements. The Administrator liaises with higher-level management, develops business objectives, implements policies, recommends process improvements, ensures regulatory compliance, stays updated on industry trends, and completes annual compliance training. Responsibilities Ensures functionality of all collection-specific software, including appropriate interfaces, and testing of upgrades Ensures appropriate updates and releases are tested and implemented; and communication is disseminated on a timely basis Leads the successful execution and implementation of collection systems / applications updates and changes by communicating relevant information, setting a clear direction with established step actions that define changes and affected processes all while providing ongoing support Responsible for the creation and production of all reporting required for Member Solutions Division. Works with necessary business units to determine needs and produce the required data Coordinates and executes enterprise and departmental projects for Member Solutions, serving as the project lead when necessary Ensures timelines, milestones, and outcomes are clearly defined and communicated Assists in managing the vendor relationships for technology and services used by the department, including implementation support, and performance monitoring Partners with the department’s QA Specialist to support quality assurance efforts. Assists in identifying system and process improvement opportunities based on QA feedback and audit trends Maintains and updates Member Solutions content on the intranet knowledge base systems and provides suggestions for enhancements for Member Solutions related items on the external member-facing website Works with other business units to ensure all content is current and accurate Serves as a liaison to higher-level management in developing short-and long-term business objectives and implementing policies and procedures related to assigned areas Reviews and recommend process improvements to increase operational efficiency and support department goals Supports regulatory compliance by ensuring system configurations and usages align with current laws and regulations Assists higher level management with developing and implementing long term and short term business objectives. Interprets and implements management policies for area of responsibility Assists higher level management with department budget development, monitoring, and maintenance Maintain knowledge and understanding of current trends, laws, and issues affecting the area of expertise Attend educational events to increase professional knowledge Complete annual compliance and info security training to understand employees' role in maintaining effective compliance and security programs Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
