Mussel & Burger Bar Assistant Manager
Job Summary & Scope :
The Assistant Manager will work as an important part of the management team to assist the General and Assistant General Managers in all aspects of restaurant operations, with a focus on achieving established sales and profitability goals. The role involves the implementation, management, and enforcement of company policies, procedures, programs, and performance standards. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will provide leadership and direction to the restaurant staff, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the General and Assistant General Managers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and support in meeting business objectives.
- Assist in the achievement of sales targets, profitability, and operational efficiency through effective resource management.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, guest service, cleanliness, and compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Guide, mentor, and support team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement.
- Enforce company policies and procedures while ensuring staff engagement and accountability.
- Drive and implement training programs to elevate employee performance and guest experience.
- Contribute to cost control efforts by managing inventory, labor, and operational expenses without compromising quality or service.
Qualifications :
