Position Overview :

Apollo is seeking a Technical Operations Manager to lead the architecture integration and management of all technology platforms that enable our internal operations and customer service delivery. This role is responsible for the completetechnologyecosystemspanning infrastructure applications and service platformsand for ensuring that Apollos Professional Services (PS) and Managed Security Services (MSSP)technologies operate seamlessly and deliver excellence every time.

The Technical Operations Manager is bothanOperationalstrategist(70%)and a (30%).Someone who understands complex systems drives unification across tools and ensures every platform contributes to an efficient reliable and consistent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and maintain all core IT systems including Microsoft 365 Entra ID Azure and AWS environments.
• Manage security performance scalability and integration across Apollos operational and service delivery platforms.
• Define and maintain architecture standards ensuring high availability security and efficiency across all systems.
• Develop automation and integration strategies to unify disparate systems into a single cohesive service delivery platform.
• Own and manage all technologies that power Apollos PS and MSSP services including :

Security and Service Platforms : Guardz Stellar Cyber Horizon3ai Command Zero Orca Auvik Cytex Tenable Sevco RunZero Blindspot (Setup and Event) Duo Exabeam Exabeam TOG SentinelOne Ping Castle Phishing Box Kape SpyCloud and V3 Security (Minerva).

Pager Duty Apollo Answering System Jira Pluralsight Cybrary SendGrid Cloud Coach and Service Cloud.
