We’re looking for a Tax Return Reviewer with strong technical knowledge and attention to detail to review individual and business tax returns for accuracy, compliance, and completeness.

Key Responsibilities

• Review individual (1040) and business tax returns (1120, 1120S, 1065) prepared by staff accountants
• Ensure all tax returns comply with IRS and Arizona Department of Revenue guidelines
• Verify reported income, deductions, credits, and supporting documentation
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, or potential audit triggers
• Provide detailed feedback and guidance to preparers
• Assist with technical tax research and complex tax issues
• Maintain high-quality control standards across all client filings
