A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Case Manager - Remote. Key Responsibilities Assist consumers using clinical skills and provide case management for mental health and substance use disorder services Refer members to appropriate resources and assist with discharge planning and transitions between care settings Collaborate with providers to address mental health concerns and contribute to treatment plan discussions Required Qualifications Licensed Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field, or RN with 2+ years of behavioral health experience Active, unrestricted clinical licensure in state of residence 2+ years of experience in a related mental health setting Proficient in MS Office Suite Access to secure, high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace at home
