Hours : 6 : 00am to 2 : 30pm Monday-Friday

Job Description

Job Title : Maintenance Supervisor

Position Summary :

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance operations of commercial properties ensuring all building systems and infrastructure are functioning efficiently and safely. This role includes hands-on maintenance work coordination with vendors and direct supervision of maintenance technicians. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise leadership skills and a commitment to developing team members through training coaching and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform and oversee routine inspections repairs and maintenance of HVAC plumbing electrical systems and general building infrastructure.
• Respond promptly to service requests and troubleshoot issues to ensure tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Conduct and schedule preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of building exteriors including landscaping and parking areas.
• Collaborate with property management to prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks and projects.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders completed tasks inventory and vendor services.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations building codes and company policies.
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers for specialized repairs or projects.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants addressing concerns professionally and promptly.
