• Monitoring production processes and making adjustments as needed
• Inspecting finished products for defects and ensuring quality control
• Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting minor issues
• Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean work areaWhat You Will Need to Have :
• Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing setting (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
