Administrative Manager
Assess and improve administrative workflows, creating supporting guides and flowcharts to enhance efficiency and consistency. Evaluates technological tools that support process automation and improvement. Participates in the selection and adaptation of administrative software. Define performance indicators (KPIs) and implement management control systems to optimize office operations. Supervise office staff to ensure adherence to quality standards correcting errors or problems. Manage and resolve complex customer complaints related to delays, damaged goods, and inventory discrepancies. Provide employees with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems or in resolving escalated complaints or disputes. Train new employees in administrative duties as needed. Prepare and issue work schedules, deadlines, and duty assignments for office staff. Review daily reports and records related to payroll, deliveries, inventory movement, and staff performance to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement. Analyze financial activities using advanced Excel features such as pivot tables to track expenses, identify trends, and provide accurate input for budget planning and preparation. Maintain inventory records using customized Excel databases with advanced formulas and macros to ensure proper stock levels for upcoming orders or projects. Oversee office supplies and procurement, ensuring all materials and equipment necessary for administrative and logistical functions are in stock and functioning. Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for further training, promotion, or firing. Requirements : Twenty four (24) months of experience in the job duties or related duties.
