Cloud ERP

  • Attend workshops to understand cross stream dependencies - Requirement gathering, Fit / gap analysis, Integrations, Report / Extension Approach
  • Perform reusability analysis for existing Conversion artifacts
  • Support / contribute to updates of Conversion Approach
  • Support updating Conversion Technical Design docs to align with project specific requirements
  • As a Conversion SAT team member contribute to activities of Phase 1.2 of Apollo for Exelon - Requirements Gathering, and Fit Gap Analysis, which includes :

Attend workshops to understand cross stream dependencies - Requirement gathering, Fit / gap analysis, Integrations, Report / Extension Approach

  • Perform reusability analysis for existing Conversion artifacts
  • Support / contribute to updates of Conversion Approach, which includes :

    • Create / update workshop materials

  • Schedule workshops / provide support for scheduling
  • Follow-up on action items, within and across teams
  • Support scoping of Conversion objects - fit / gap analysis, mapping of requirements to existing / new Conversion objects
  • Support updating Conversion Technical Design docs to align with project specific requirements
  • Provide inputs as RTR / PTC conversion SME to other teams in support of non-conversion deliverables
  • Support updates to Workplan for Phase 2
