Construction Document Analyst
The Construction Document Analyst plays a critical role in managing and maintaining project documentation systems and workflows within the construction project lifecycle. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, organization, version control, and timely distribution of construction-related documents across internal teams and external stakeholders. Operating with a high degree of independence, the Construction Document Analyst collaborates closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and field personnel to maintain compliance with company standards and project-specific requirements. This role also contributes to process improvements, supports automation initiatives, and ensures proper documentation practices throughout each project phasefrom preconstruction through closeout.

91,400 - $107,400 a year
The salary range for this position is $91,400 - $107,000. A hired employee will be placed within this salary range based on a variety of legitimate business reasons, including but not limited to the individual's scope of relevant experience and geographic location.
Additional Requirements
Physical : Standing or sitting for long periods; must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times and spend extended hours in front of a computer screen. Cognitive : Problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills; computer and software skills; and ability to read and interpret text online or in printed form.
