The Role :
Ora's Site Payment Administrator is responsible for the management of manual and electronic site payments on a quarterly / ad-hoc basis and assist with administrative tasks in the Posterior Segment. Department. Work with Posterior Segment clinical project teams and study sites to process site payments for the clinical trials and submit to accounts payable.
What You'll Do :
Electronic Site Payments :
Work with IT on the initial set up of budget templates in Veeva Vault for study and site level budgets
Responsible for creating payment trackers, tracking payments on excel spreadsheet, and submitting site payments to accounts payable per the site contract
Perform other department related tasks, as assigned
What We Look For :
Experience / understanding of Clinical Site Contracts as they relate to site payments
Ophthalmic experience strongly preferred
