Ideal Profile

Required Experience and Skills :

• The OT / IT Integration Engineer with experience in the configuration of Kepware EX as Gateway for integration of different make PLCs on vendor proprietary protocols OR OPC. Integration with Beckhoff Twin CAT PLCs, B & R IPC, and OPC Euromap 77 will be advantageous.
• Data Integration from Kepware Edge to Ignition Edge / Gateway with MQTT, following defined UNS standard
• Structuring the data in an intuitive namespace, and making data available to historians or upstream layers on MQTT
• Knowledgeable of best practices for performance and optimization of Kepware and MQTT
• Configuration and Programming in Beckhoff TwincCAT3 and B& R Automation Studio for the development of functions and data integration
• Experience in Ignition Edge / Gateway configuration for data integration on the MQTT
• Experience in Canary Historian and Seeq will be added advantage
• Validation and Qualification of automation system for the dataflow. Documentation and protocol execution for pharmaceutical industries
