About the job you’re considering

Your role

  • Perform end-to-end manual testing of Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom implementations.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Execute functional, regression, integration, and system testing across various Salesforce modules.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA leads to ensure quality delivery of Salesforce features.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
  • Validate data integrity and workflows across Lightning and Classic interfaces.
  • Participate in UAT support, release validations, and production smoke testing.
  • Maintain and update test documentation and contribute to QA best practices.

Your skills and experience

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce testing.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, objects, workflows, validation rules, and triggers.
  • Proficiency in writing and executing manual test cases.
  • Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr).
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Good to Have : Exposure to automation testing using Selenium, Provar, or similar tools. Basic knowledge of APEX, SOQL, and REST APIs. Experience with CI / CD pipelines and test automation integration. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a plus.
