Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in UX research, design, or strategy
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience facilitating design thinking workshops and conducting user research sessions (surveys, interviews, usability testing)
- Proficiency with Figma, Figjam, and other prototyping / design tools
- Analytical skills with tools like Maze, Google Analytics, or similar
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Design eye and attention to detail
