Leo A Daly is seeking passionate and dedicated interior designers to join our growing hospitality team known for its commitment to luxury and design excellence. With a deep-rooted belief in the power of thoughtful design we create spaces that inspire delight and elevate the guest experience.

As an Interior Designer II youll play a key role in shaping and advancing our hospitality portfolio. Working under the guidance of senior designers and project managers youll support the design and execution of interior environments across a range of high-profile projects.

General Characteristics and Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of compelling design concepts that reflect client vision and brand identity
• Prepare presentations drawings and specifications to communicate design intent
• Collaborate with vendors consultants and contractors to support project delivery
• Apply foundational knowledge of design principles materials and building codes to ensure quality and compliance
• Contribute to a culture of innovation helping define new ways of thinking and elevating design standards
• Programming space planning design of spaces and finishes FF&E selection documentation editing specifications producing deliverable drawing sets for finish plans interior elevations room finish schedules furniture plans and interior details.
• Independently performs modeling and detailing or documentation.
• Independently perform cross-discipline discussions and coordination with multidisciplinary teammates.
• Conduct site investigations and observations related to existing building assessments / investigations client meetings or construction jobsite observations
• Prepare narratives design presentations boards drawing and specification documents in accordance with a high degree of quality working within project schedule and budget constraints.
• Assisting with marketing / business development activities.
• Attend client and internal meetings. Conduct presentations.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Salary range for this position varies between $70000 $100000 depending upon applicable experience.
