Business Intelligence Developer - Decision Support

Job Description :

Designs, develops, enhances, updates, and maintains the different analytics and dashboards solutions for organizational level of moderate complex project scopes. Develops and documents technical specifications based on business needs, creating the specified analytic and / or dashboard functionality, validation, and training to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of ad hoc reporting and dashboards.

Major Responsibilities :

1. Works with decision makers and analysts to identify and document the business requirements behind ad hoc and dashboard reporting needs.

2. Researches data availability and understands workflow limitations that can impact the moderately complex data.

3. Creates and documents ad hoc reporting technical specifications based on the business requirements presented by the decision makers and analysts.

4. Analyzes data and reporting requirements for the design of business object universes and underlying database structures.

5. Performs maintenance and troubleshooting of data applications; and performs peer review of work in accordance with documented standards.

6. Adheres to regular and predictable attendance.

7. Performs other job-related responsibilities as requested.

8. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Education :  Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience and education required

Experience :  Two years' experience required, Databricks or other cloud data lake platforms preferred.
