In this dynamic, travel-heavy role, you’ll install, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced systems and equipment-both hardware and software-at customer sites. You’ll be the go-to expert, ensuring our clients’ operations run smoothly and efficiently. Travel required : 75-80% | On-call rotation | After-hours & weekend work required | International travel may be required

Target Salary : 85K-100K based on individual experience

WFH, NV (Las Vegas area preferred)

WFH, IL (Chicagoland area preferred)

WFH, UT (Salt Lake City are preferred)

WFH, CO (Denver area preferred)

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary service representative for assigned customers.
• Perform installations, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs on-site.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with pneumatic, robotic, and electronic control systems.
• Maintain accurate inventory of parts and tools to ensure timely service delivery.
• Keep workspaces clean, organized, and safe-on the road and at customer sites.
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to after-hours service needs.
• Support logistics by delivering packages to courier depots or airports when needed.
• Assist with commercial showcase setups and support the sales team with technical insights.
• Uphold McKesson’s ILEAD and ICARE principles in every customer interaction.
• Complete all required training and administrative documentation on time.

$67,100 - $111,800
