• Mon-Fri, 8 : 30am - 5pm (8 hour days), Wednesdays 10 : 30am - 7 : 30pm
• 18-21 patients per day scheduled to 20% no show rate
• Outpatient clinic
• Adults only patient population
• Primary care outpatient only
• Hospital privileges required
• ACLS certification required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
