We currently seeking several talented Technical Product Managers to join our team, bringing a range of skills and experience.

Brief Overview of Position

The Technical Product Manager is a key member of an Agile development team who is responsible for managing the technical aspects of a product. They work closely with the development team to ensure that the product is aligned with stakeholder intent and supports technical standards and requirements.

We are seeking qualified candidates with a passion for a long-term career in Banking, that have extraordinary levels of critical thinking, motivation, and initiative and aspire to deliver superior client experiences

Responsibilities

• Participates in solution design conversations with delivery leads, technology leaders, and other Technical Product Managers
• Undertakes a significant amount of cross collaboration with other Teams for end-to-end solutioning
• Mentors all levels of TPOs
• Communicate and drive the platform product vision and strategy and develop roadmap.
• Single point ownership of Product definition and delivery for the assigned domain / platform.
• Communicate and collaborate with multiple business units to define intent.
• Create and prioritize Product Backlog, ensure alignment of product features and stories, write epics / user stories, participate in agile development process, and prioritize user stories to meet strategic goals.
• Inspect sprint outcomes, provide meaningful progress updates, and conduct end user acceptance testing.
• Manage iterative improvement of existing features and development of new features with a focus on operational efficiency, customer experience, and client / stakeholder need while achieving a sustainable balance between end-user desirability, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
• Advocates for Platform Modernization, Tech Debt reduction with Product Feature release.
• Lead Product Owners
• Manage entire product lifecycles across a broad portfolio : defining business problems, process flows, defining customer journeys, researching customer needs, prototyping, and testing new solutions, working with design and engineering teams, and prioritizing multiple agile development backlogs.
