Job Title : Painter - Foreman

We are seeking a skilled Painter - Foreman to perform painting functions for industrial and commercial clients. The role involves working on both new construction and existing buildings, primarily focusing on interior walls with some exterior painting tasks. Projects are located within a 40-mile radius of Milwaukee. The work involves using brushes, rollers, and spray guns to apply various paint coatings to industrial and commercial facilities.

Responsibilities include :

• Perform painting functions for industrial and commercial clients.
• Specialize in both new construction and existing building projects.
• Focus on interior wall painting with some exterior tasks.
• Use brushes, rollers, and spray guns to apply paint coatings.
• Operate HPLV Airless Sprayers on large industrial projects.
• Perform prep work and clean up job sites.
• Meet project deadlines efficiently.

Work environment :

Contractors will report to various job sites, working in team environments that vary in size depending on the project. The dress code is jeans and t-shirts or painter whites. Core hours are during the day shift from 6am to 11 : 30pm (this may vary depending on the job).

This is a contract to hire position based out of Menomonee Falls, WI.

Pay and benefits :

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $26.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
