Job Summary :
In this role, the Senior Principal Operations Program Manager (OPM) will have responsibility for program executing across the Microwave Amplification line of business. In this role, you will apply your existing knowledge of operations, material requirements planning, manufacturing and business acumen within a matrixed organization. You will be responsible for developing and executing operational program strategies / plans for critical programs, overall ownership program performance, and communication of customer requirements. You will be the conduit for the Program regarding all Operations and Materials.
The OPM will support proposals by developing and leading material and operational proposal activities including task descriptions and basis of estimates. This work will be performed in conjunction with Factory Operations, Supply Chain, and Procurement functions. Candidate must have excellent written and oral communications skills to influence and communicate effectively across multiple areas outside of one's own job function as well as with parties external to the organization. This job may have limited direct reports, however it does require your ability to influence others outside of your immediate work area to explain and gain alignment on plans, policies, practices, and procedures.
This role is on-site in Oxnard, CA.

Full-Time Equivalent Annual Salary Range : $126,500 - $227,700 for a Senior Principal / Senior Manager at Torrance CA USA.
The disclosed salary range is a general guideline for Mercury team members employed at the job level at the location listed above and does not include overtime for eligible hourly employees.
This position requires you to have or obtain a government security clearance. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens."
