Job Description :

We are seeking a  Business Analyst  to serve as a critical liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and project leadership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring others, and has a passion for translating business needs into actionable user stories.

As a member of the team, you will lead a group of Business Analysts, drive requirements planning, and ensure alignment between product vision and development execution. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Solution Managers, and Product Owners to define and prioritize the solution backlog. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary interface between users, developers, and project stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts, fostering collaboration and growth.
  • Develop and manage plans for requirements gathering and refinement.
  • Translate business needs into clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Influence stakeholders to prioritize MVP features over "nice-to-haves."
  • Define and document both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Present findings and progress to executive stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and present to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
  • Experience with backlog management tools (, Azure DevOps, JIRA, Trello).
  • Familiarity with SQL, R, Python, or JavaScript is a plus.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred but not required.
  • Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail.
