We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry Operator at Stairway Digital Strategies. As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for inputting, organizing, and maintaining accurate and updated data in our company's database. Your role is crucial in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our company's operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Input and verify data accurately and efficiently into the company's database

Organize and maintain electronic and paper records according to established company and industry standards

Review and correct data inconsistencies to ensure data integrity

Respond to data inquiries and requests from other departments in a timely and accurate manner

Maintain confidentiality and security of all data and information

Identify and report any data or system issues to the appropriate personnel

Assist in creating and updating training manuals and instructional materials

Other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry is a plus

1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Proficient in data entry and accuracy with a minimum of 60 words per minute

Strong computer skills with knowledge of MS Office and data programs

Excellent organizational skills with strict attention to detail

Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proactive and able to work independently as well as a team player
