Global Marketing Events & Public Relations Manager (Hybrid) Join to apply for the Global Marketing Events & Public Relations Manager (Hybrid) role at MGC Diagnostics . Summary / Objective Manage the strategy, development, implementation, and coordination of global MGC Diagnostics tradeshows, events, seminars, and sales meetings. Oversee logistical and operational aspects of marketing events within budget, and coordinate planning among various organizational units. Organize and manage public relations, advertising, and communications collateral across departments and external audiences. Foster positive relationships with the public and assist with social media efforts to position MGC Diagnostics as a leader in cardiorespiratory diagnostics. Essential Functions Manage planning and execution of tradeshows, events, seminars, and sales meetings. Within budget, oversee all corporate events, including booth design, logistics, service contracts, and on-site setup. Partner with stakeholders to define display goals, messages, and requirements. Develop event branding and creative platforms reflecting global input. Manage logistics for all events, including graphic requirements and shipments. Enhance company image by maintaining positive relationships with trade show management. Secure business leads and facilitate face-to-face stakeholder meetings. Increase booth traffic through engaging and creative promotions. Coordinate itineraries and documentation for event attendees and presenters. Marketing Communications Implement communication projects and recommend innovative outreach strategies. Maintain consistent messaging and brand identity across the organization. Contribute to strategic marketing planning and collaborate with departments to align messaging. Coordinate global sales meetings and seminars, including logistics and promotional materials. Partner with product management and creative teams to update marketing collateral. Support public relations strategies in collaboration with senior management. Public Relations Assist in media and advertising materials to promote products and services. Coordinate with advertising agencies on promotional campaigns. Manage advertising space and time purchases to enhance product visibility. Additional Responsibilities Complete required training and adhere to company policies, including confidentiality agreements. Maintain regular attendance and flexibility to adapt to changing responsibilities. Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment Fast-paced, requiring multi-tasking, effective communication, and accuracy. Typically quiet, open office setting. Physical Demands Sit for extended periods, handle objects, communicate verbally and electronically. Occasionally lift / move up to 25 pounds and perform physical activities like standing or walking. Travel Up to 20% business travel, including some weekends. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field. 5+ years of experience in event management, marketing, or public relations. Proficiency in English, strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Experience in managing budgets, event planning, and marketing strategies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, and web interface software. Additional Eligibility Valid driver’s license required.
