A Taste of What Youll Be Doing

• Drive Reliability Strategy Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to improve equipment performance and manage the maintenance parts budget effectively.
• Plan & Execute Maintenance Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs using root cause analysis and advanced CMMS tools.
• Champion Safety Excellence Strengthen site-wide safety programs and set consistent benchmarks for compliance and protection.
• Develop High-Performing Teams Manage supervisors skilled trades and support staff while driving training and capability building.
• Leverage Technology Utilize modern tools for reporting and analysis; experience with 3D printing is a plus.

The annual salary range is $109280 - $143430 which is based on various factors such as location experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
