An innovative, mission-based Community Health Organization servicing Boston, South Shore, and Cape Cod, has an opening for an experienced Psychiatry Nurse Practitioner. This position is based at their South Boston location.

Compensation and Benefits :

Salary based on experience
Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, & disability insurance.
403(b) Savings plan
Generous Paid Time Off (25 days to start for NP) plus 11 additional holidays
CME stipend up to $2,500 and 5 days of leave

Job Details :

Monday through Friday position with the option of working a hybrid model after the first 6 months

32 Hours of patient care and 8 hours of administrative time per week

Prescribe and maintain all clients on psychotropic medication

Evaluates, diagnoses, and treats psychiatric conditions

Participates in diagnostic formulations and development of treatment plans for patients

Requirements :

Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Two years of experience prescribing psychotropic medication to adult psychiatric patients, experienced prescribing psychotropic medication to youth under 18 years of age preferred

Experience working at a Community Health Center preferred
