This position is located in Fort Wayne, IN at a plastic facility. The company has been in business for nearly 30 years and is still experiencing growth. Plastic is used in a lot of heavy equipment, such as John Deere.
3rd Shift Weekends – 7pm-7 : 30am; Friday-Sunday
15.80 / hr
Job Duties :
- Work on extrusion line where the plastic is melted down and formed in various shapes
- Bending down to measure out the plastics, mark them and cut it with a circular saw
- Work in the scrap area where they will cut up plastic and wood using a table saw
- Filling hoppers / Gaylord buckets / bins with plastic pellets (this is the lifting aspect of the job)
- Use tape measure, micrometers, and calipers
