Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) – Skilled Nursing & Post-Acute Care

MVP Recruitment is assisting a very well-regarded Skilled Nursing and Post-Acute Care facility in the Worcester area with the recruitment of an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) .

About the Facility

This is a highly respected and well-staffed center known for its supportive leadership and commitment to quality resident care. The nursing team includes strong Nurse Managers and a dedicated Staff Development Coordinator, providing a collaborative environment for clinical leaders.

Position Highlights

Partner with the Director of Nursing to oversee clinical operations and ensure the highest standards of resident care.

Support and mentor the nursing team, including charge nurses and CNAs.

Collaborate with Nurse Managers and Staff Development on staff education, compliance, and performance improvement initiatives.

Participate in care planning, quality assurance, and regulatory readiness.

Assist with scheduling, staffing, and fostering a positive work culture.

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required.

Proven leadership experience in Skilled Nursing and / or Long-Term Care settings.

Strong knowledge of clinical regulations, best practices, and resident-centered care.

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
