Overview :

LABUR is partnering with a client to advance their enterprise financial systems by embedding a Techno-Functional Analyst, Oracle EPM with deep expertise in Oracle EPM and EBS Financials. This engagement is designed to bridge the gap between strategic business objectives and technical execution, enabling smarter configuration, customization, and delivery of Oracle-based solutions. By combining functional fluency with technical insight into the Oracle database, this consultant will help drive meaningful transformation across financial operations, ensuring the systems not only support but elevate decision-making and efficiency.

Responsibilities :

Business Analysis : Eliciting requirements from stakeholders, understanding business processes, and translating them into functional specifications for Oracle.
Configuration : Setting up and customizing Oracle applications to line up with specific business needs within the system specifications.
Technical Design : Working closely with technical teams to design solutions, factoring in data mapping, integrations, and system interfaces.
Development : Tackling customizations using Oracle development tools (PL / SQL, Forms, etc.) when needed to address specific business requirements.
Testing and Quality Assurance : Performing functional and regression testing to ensure system stability and accuracy.
Implementation Support : Offering on-site training and support to end users during system go-live and post-implementation phases.
Troubleshooting : Identifying and resolving issues related to Oracle application functionality and data integrity.

Qualifications :

In-depth knowledge of Oracle EPM, AP / AR and General Ledger including core processes and workflows.

Ability to do coding and solution design in Oracle EPM (Hyperion) and Oracle EBS AP / AR / General Ledger.

Proficient in Oracle database concepts, PL / SQL programming, data modeling, and understanding of Oracle application architecture.

Ability to manage project timelines, deliverables, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to effectively balance multiple competing priorities and projects in a fast-paced global environment.
