In this role, you will lead the strategy, design, and execution of AI-driven products that transform user experiences through conversational and multi-modal interactions. You will own the roadmap for voice and chat agents, translating complex AI capabilities into actionable, measurable outcomes that improve activation, engagement, and retention. This position requires balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution, driving experimentation, and scaling successful initiatives. You will collaborate closely with design, engineering, and data science teams, delivering innovative solutions in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Success depends on your ability to navigate ambiguity, set clear priorities, and turn insights into tangible product impact.

Accountabilities :

Define and communicate multi-quarter product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered voice and chat experiences.

Design, build, and ship onboarding, enrollment, and daily-coaching agent flows across conversational interfaces.

Write clear, actionable product requirements and work closely with design, engineering, and QA to move concepts to launch.

Establish conversation patterns, prompt / versioning practices, and lightweight evaluation processes focused on quality, speed, and efficiency.

Lead narrative and storytelling for product initiatives, translating insights into next steps and experiments.

Collaborate across teams to ensure AI solutions drive measurable impact on user engagement, retention, and outcomes.
