Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions (virtual and in-person) on Autodesk Civil 3D
Provide consulting services for Civil 3D implementation, template and standards development, and workflow optimization
Support clients in infrastructure design topics such as grading, surfaces, corridors, pipe networks, and alignments
Customize and configure Civil 3D templates, styles, and data structures to meet client project needs
Learn and support Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) tools such as Autodesk Docs, Model Coordination / Design Collaboration, and BIM Collaborate Pro for Civil 3D
Develop training materials and documentation tailored to client workflows
Stay current with Autodesk product updates and industry trends
Collaborate with internal team members to support sales efforts, proposals, and ongoing client relationships
Willingness to learn and support stormwater and water modeling solutions (InfoDrainage, InfoWater, Storm and Sanitary Analysis, etc.)
Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience using Autodesk Civil 3D in a civil engineering or infrastructure design environment
Strong understanding of civil site and transportation workflows (grading, surfaces, corridors, utilities)
Proficiency in creating and managing Civil 3D templates, assemblies, and style libraries
Comfortable presenting and communicating complex topics clearly and professionally
Proven ability to deliver structured training sessions, either in-person or virtually, to technical and non-technical audiences
Willingness to learn new Autodesk technologies, including Autodesk Construction Cloud and water modeling tools
Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) in Civil 3D preferred, but not required
Familiarity with InfraWorks, ReCap, or water modeling software (InfoDrainage, InfoWater, Storm and Sanitary Analysis, etc.) is a plus
Ability to self-manage multiple engagements and work collaboratively within a distributed team environment
Additional Details
Some travel required for client engagements
Remote-first role, flexible to client needs and candidate location
Work closely with internal experts and project teams to deliver best-in-class training and consulting
Base Pay
Expected Base Pay Range $99,000 to $130,000 Annualized
The base pay range included is a projected hiring range for a position, level and potential work location(s) listed. Topcon provides the compensation range that it in good faith believes it might pay and / or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.
