Administrative Assistant
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant with experience in HR recruiting to join our team in San Francisco, California. Responsibilities :
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.
- Answer incoming calls and provide attentive support to clients and candidates.
- Conduct data entry tasks with precision and ensure accurate documentation of recruitment activities.
- Support full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
- Utilize e-recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Research and analyze market trends to provide insights into hiring practices and salary benchmarks.
- Coordinate and assist with interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Act as a candidate advocate, promoting their skills and qualifications to potential employers.
- Provide guidance to candidates on interview preparation and salary negotiation.
- Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing the front desk operations.
Requirements :
Proven experience in administrative assistance, preferably in HR or recruitment.Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing client communication.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for data entry and record-keeping.Familiarity with e-recruitment tools and platforms to source candidates.Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.Ability to conduct market research and provide actionable insights into hiring trends.Excellent interpersonal skills to advocate for candidates and liaise with hiring teams.Experience in receptionist duties, including managing front desk operations.
