job_description.job_card.job_descriptionInsurance verifications Create financial worksheets Deliver financial reviews with patients Make product and supplement recommendations based on the doctors treatment plan Scan incoming insurance EOBs Assist with marketing campaigns creative content community outreach Weekly patient reporting Maintain confidentiality as it pertains to HIPAA guidelines Work with the rest of the team to keep the clinic clean and clutter-free Manage patient flow between Doctor Rehab and Front Desk to ensure Patient experience is efficient fun and effective Maintain patient accounts by obtaining recording and updating personal and financial information Collect patient charges control credit extended to patients and file collect and expedite third-party claims Maintain business office inventory Other Administrative tasks Previous medical office and insurance billing experience preferred but not required Previous experience in customer service must be demonstrated Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows is required Be a part of the ever-growing team focused on blending personalized and customized chiropractic and wellness care in order to provide each patient with a unique treatment care plan!
