Operations Manager

As the Operations Manager, you will own and optimize backend operational processes that power high-volume customer workflows. You'll maintain exceptional accuracy across data operations, build reliable process systems, and identify opportunities to streamline and automate tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is methodical, detail-obsessed, and passionate about creating order and scalability.

• Perform high-volume data entry, validation, and QA with near-zero error rates.
• Monitor and preserve data integrity across customer accounts.
• Maintain systematic tracking systems to ensure no task or process falls through the cracks.
