We’re seeking an Electronics Design Engineer to join a collaborative R&D team developing audio and assistive technology products for a global client base. You’ll get stuck into everything from embedded firmware and digital signal processing to EMC compliance and Bluetooth integration.
What you’ll be doing :
- Designing analogue and digital circuits (including class D audio amps and microprocessor-based systems)
- Developing embedded firmware in C (GCC environment)
- Contributing to the design of wireless audio solutions (e.g. Bluetooth)
- Supporting regulatory compliance (EMC, ESD, RED)
- Collaborating on new product specifications and supporting production and test processes
- Working with Linux on ARM platforms and digital signal processing
- Engaging occasionally with customers and site visits as needed
What you’ll need :
Degree or HND / HNC in Electronics or related subjectMinimum 1 year industry experience (not suitable for fresh graduates)Solid understanding of embedded systems, wireless tech, and product developmentStrong communication skills and ability to work independently in a small teamExperience with OrCAD and Microsoft Office SuiteAny experience with acoustics, mobile apps or production test dev is a bonusWhat’s in it for you?
