Job Responsibilities :

As a CNA with Alliant Home Health, you will be a vital member of our care team, working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist and / or Registered Nurse. Your responsibilities will include :

• Assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Helping patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Preparing and serving nutritious meals.
• Keeping the patient's living area clean and orderly.
• Taking and recording vital signs, as ordered.
• Assisting with the self-administration of medications.
• Observing and reporting any changes in a patient's condition to the supervising nurse.
• Documenting care provided in a timely and accurate manner.
