As a Construction Estimator with SERVPRO of Southeast Grand Rapids - 10792 you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to all customers and clients! In this role you will estimate a wide range of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee estimating and payment schedules

Ensure project maintains completion schedules and budgetary requirements

Ensure all work performed complies with the plans specifications local codes and requirements of the scope of work.

Ensure proper documentation of each project including photos contracts change orders in conjunction with construction project managers

Perform end-of-job debrief with project managers

Position Requirements

High school diploma / GED

Previous construction management experience

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability

Effective written and oral communication

Xactimate proficiency needed

Skills / Physical Demands / Competencies

Ability to walk and / or stand for long periods of times (i.e. driving sitting climbing)

Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Compensation : $65000.00 - $90000.00 per year
