Daice Labs, founded by MIT CSAIL scientists, builds hybrid frameworks that integrate LLMs / DL with symbolic reasoning and bio-inspired system design to create adaptable AI systems capable of continual learning and explainable decision-making. Daice Labs operates under two main tracks : the Product Lab, which focuses on building a collaboration platform where human teams co-build with hybrid AI, and the AI Research Lab, which uses principles of natural intelligence to guide the design of hybrid AI architectures. Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Data Specialist. As a Data Specialist, you will curate, manage, preprocess, clean, and analyze data to support decision-making and optimize workflows. Your responsibilities include data modeling, maintaining data integrity, performing data analysis, and leveraging insights for business improvement. You will collaborate across teams to ensure data-driven solutions align with overarching goals, using analytical skills to extract actionable insights and solve complex problems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Data Analytics, Data Management, and handling structured / unstructured data.
• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in performing comprehensive Data Analysis to derive actionable insights.
• Knowledge of Data Modeling techniques and statistical methods for pattern recognition.
• Familiarity with advanced data tools, databases, and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, or R).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in teams and independently.
• Experience in AI systems and familiarity with hybrid AI concepts is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
