We are seeking a highly motivated and skilledBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)to join our growing team in ahybrid capacity. This role offers the flexibility of both remote service delivery and on-site clinical work, allowing you to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities :
The Hybrid BCBA will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to :
Conducting comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, SRS-2).Developing, monitoring, and revising data-driven, individualized treatment plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).Providing direct supervision, training, and ongoing mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians and other clinical staff, both virtually and in-person.Delivering parent / caregiver training and consultation to ensure generalization and maintenance of skills in various settings.Maintaining accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation in compliance with funding sources and ethical guidelines.Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., speech therapists, occupational therapists, educators).Managing a clinical caseload that involves both in-home / in-center services and remote consultation / supervision.Qualifications Required :
Current, active certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing as a BCBA.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in data collection and analysis software / platforms.Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally to client homes or clinical sites as needed for on-site duties.Technologically proficient for effective remote service delivery (stable internet, comfortable with teleconferencing tools).Preferred :
Experience with a diverse range of ages and populations (e.g., early intervention, adolescents, adults).Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and codes.Benefits and Perks

This is a Hybrid Position with required on-site service delivery and supervision in the Colorado Springs,CO area, combined with the flexibility of remote clinical planning, documentation, and tele-supervision.
