Technical Support Analyst

Salary : $52,000 - 72,800 per year

Requirements :

• I have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Managed Service Provider (MSP) or enterprise IT support (L1 / L2 experience is applicable).
• I possess advanced skills in :
• Troubleshooting and supporting client systems
• M365, Azure AD, Intune, and Autopilot
• Networking (including Firewalls, Switching, Wireless, and cabling)
• Efficiently managing ticketing systems
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ / Net+, Microsoft 365, Azure, and CCNA are advantageous; I’ll support you in obtaining additional certifications.
• As a veteran, I will prioritize your application and offer mentorship to those who have served.

Responsibilities :

I will be the hero, triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving tickets across Windows, Azure, M365, and hybrid environments—ensuring variety in my daily tasks.

I’ll have the opportunity to advance quickly; starting at Level 2, I’ll follow a clear pathway to Level 3, Project Engineer, or Field Supervisor—learning from the best, without a Level 1 position in sight.

I’ll take ownership of the client experience by providing white-glove remote support and occasionally visiting clients on-site to enhance their satisfaction.

I will dive deep into HaloPSA, RMMs, Intune, Network Ecosystems, M365, and Security Suites, receiving training to master these tools.

I’ll proactively utilize custom automations to prevent issues before they arise rather than merely reacting to them.
