Architectural CAD Drafter
Lead drafter in a small architectural firm specializing in the Building Envelope. Must have the ability to field document existing construction conditions and take a project from start to finish. Knowledge of how to lay out the sheets in a full set of drawings and relating details to plans.
- High degree of proficiency using AutoCAD
- Must be able to perform work using Microsoft’s Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
- Must be able to work within a team environment.
- Must have good communication skills and have the ability to be a self-directed employee.
- Assist with field surveys, writing field reports, construction documents, and construction administration
- Must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines
